仪征市成人尿碘水平与甲状腺结节的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:调查仪征市成人尿碘水平,分析尿碘水平与甲状腺结节的相关性。方法:将2022年6—12月于仪征市人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的受检者240例作为观察对象,根据是否患有甲状腺结节分为观察组(有甲状腺结节)与对照组(无甲状腺结节),各120例。比较两组基本资料,分析尿碘水平与甲状腺结节的相关性。结果:观察组女性受试者尿碘水平较男性更高,观察组异常尿碘总发生率较对照组更高,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。单发结节患者尿碘水平较多发结节患者更低,结节直径>10 mm患者尿碘水平较结节直径<10 mm患者更低,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺结节好发于女性,且甲状腺结节严重程度与尿碘水平有关,因此,对于甲状腺结节患者,临床应当加强监测尿碘水平。Objective:To investigate the urinary iodine level of adults in Yizheng city and to analyze the correlation between urinary iodine level and thyroid nodules.Method:A total of 240 subjects who underwent health examinations at the Physical Examination Center of the People's Hospital of Yizheng from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(with thyroid nodules)and control group(without thyroid nodules)according to the presence of thyroid nodules,with 120 cases in each group.The basic data of the two groups were compared.The correlation between urinary iodine level and thyroid nodules was analyzed.Results:The urinary iodine level of women in the observation group was higher than that of men,The total incidence of abnormal urinary iodine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urinary iodine level of patients with single nodule was lower than that of patients with multiple nodules,and the urinary iodine level of patients with the nodule diameter of>10 mm was lower than that of patients with the nodule diameter of<10 mm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection rate of thyroid nodules in women is high,and the urinary iodine level is related to the severity of thyroid nodules.For patients with thyroid nodules,the monitoring of urinary iodine level should be enhanced.
