苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年1月徐州市铜山区中医院收治的老年高血压患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。治疗后,两组日间平均收缩压、日间平均舒张压、夜间平均收缩压、夜间平均舒张压、清晨舒张压、清晨收缩压低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组收缩压昼夜节律、舒张压昼夜节律高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组颈动脉内膜中层厚度小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年高血压的效果显著,可改善动态血压,降低炎性因子水平,缓解动脉粥样硬化情况,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze clinical effect of amlodipine besylate tablets combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods:A total of 82 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Xuzhou Tongshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).After treatment,the daytime mean systolic blood pressure,daytime mean diastolic blood pressure,nighttime mean systolic blood pressure,nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure,early morning diastolic blood pressure,and early morning systolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the systolic blood pressure circadian rhythm and diastolic blood pressure circadian rhythm in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the carotid intima-media thickness in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adv
