摘 要:目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并冠心病(CHD)的影响因素。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月于重庆市垫江县人民医院行冠状动脉造影确诊为T2DM合并CHD的63例患者作为CHD组,选取T2DM患者27例作为非CHD组。比较两组患者一般资料和实验室指标,分析T2DM合并CHD的影响因素,采用多因素Logistic回归分析T2DM合并CHD的独立影响因素。结果:CHD组尿酸(SUA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平高于非CHD组,总胆红素(TBiL)水平低于非CHD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SUA、HbA_(1c)水平升高、TBiL水平降低是T2DM患者发生CHD的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:SUA、HbA_(1c)、TBiL水平可协助判断T2DM患者发生CHD风险。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Sixty-three patients diagnosed with T2DM combined with CHD who underwent coronary angiography in Chongqing Dianjiang County People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the CHD group,and twenty-seven T2DM patients were selected as the non-CHD group.The general data and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of T2DM with CHD were analyzed,and the independent influencing factors of T2DM with CHD were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results:The levels of uric acid(SUA)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))in CHD group were higher than those in non-CHD group,and the level of total bilirubin(TBiL)was lower than that in non-CHD group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the increase of SUA and HbA_(1c) levels and the decrease of TBiL levels were independent influencing factors for CHD in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of SUA,HbA_(1c) and TBiL can help to determine the risk of CHD in T2DM patients.
