中药溻渍联合踝三针治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药溻渍联合踝三针治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院收治的72例急性踝关节扭伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,各36例。治疗组采用中药溻渍联合踝三针治疗,对照组采用云南白药气雾剂联合踝三针治疗。比较两组疼痛程度、踝与后足功能、踝关节功能。结果:治疗7 d、14 d后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组踝与后足功能、踝关节功能评分高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药溻渍联合踝三针治疗急性踝关节扭伤的效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛,改善踝与后足功能、踝关节功能。Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine external medicinal liquid application combined with ankle three-acupoint acupuncture in treatment of acute sprain of ankle joint.Methods:A total of 72 patients with acute sprain of ankle joint admitted to the 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine external medicinal liquid application combined with ankle three-acupoint acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with ankle three-acupoint acupuncture.The pain level,ankle and hindfoot function,and ankle joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:After 7 d and 14 d of treatment,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the scores of ankle and hindfoot function and ankle joint function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine external medicinal liquid application combined with ankle three-acupoint acupuncture in treatment of acute sprain of ankle joint is significant,which can relieve pain and improve the ankle and hindfoot function and ankle joint function.
