冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合常规西药、康复锻炼治疗寒痹型膝骨关节炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合常规西药、康复锻炼治疗寒痹型膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:选取2010年1月—2017年12月华中师范大学校医院骨外科接诊的寒痹型KOA患者216例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各108例。对照组给予常规西药联合运动康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上给予冬病夏治穴位贴敷。比较两组疼痛情况、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛分级指数评定(PRI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、现有疼痛强度评定(PPL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PRI、VAS、PPL评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合常规西药、康复锻炼治疗寒痹型KOA的效果显著,可减轻疼痛,提高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of winter diseases summer treatment acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine and rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with cold dominated arthralgia.Methods:A total of 216 patients with cold dominated arthralgia KOA who were admitted to the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of Central China Normal University Hospital from January 2010 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 108 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine combined with sports rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was given winter diseases summer treatment acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The pain conditions and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Pain Rating Index(PRI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and existing pain intensity rating(PPL)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of PRI,VAS and PPL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the obser⁃vation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:The winter diseases summer treatment acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine and rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of cold dominated arthralgia KOA has a significant effect,which can reduce pain and improve the treatment effect.
