聚焦解决护理模式在产后出血初产妇护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析聚焦解决护理模式在产后出血初产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月毕节市威宁县人民医院收治的产后出血初产妇80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用聚焦解决护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组主观支持、客观支持、主观幸福指数、自我评价评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生理职能、活力、生理功能、精神健康、社会功能、总体健康、情感职能、躯体功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦解决护理模式在产后出血初产妇护理中的应用效果显著,可改善产妇负性情绪,提高产妇主观幸福感、生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of focused solution nursing model in the nursing of primipara with postpar⁃tum hemorrhage.Methods:A total of eighty cases of primipara with postpartum hemorrhage treated in Bijie Weining County People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with focused solution nursing mode.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the subjective support,objective support,subjective happiness index and self-evaluation score of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physiological function,vitality,physiological func⁃tion,mental health,social function,general health,emotional function and physical function of the two groups were higher than be⁃fore nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion:The application of focused solution nursing model in the nursing of puerperal hemorrhage is remarkable,which can improve the negative emotion of the primipara,improve the subjective happiness and quality of life of the primipara.
