摘　　要：目的:分析早期肺康复护理在急性脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月滨州医学院附属医院收治的90例急性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶法随机分为对照组和试验组,各组45例。对照组应用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上实施早期肺康复护理。比较两组卒中相关性肺炎发生情况、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间、护理满意度。结果:试验组卒中相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。试验组ICU住院时间、机械通气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。结论:早期肺康复护理在急性脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果显著,可降低卒中相关性肺炎发生率,缩短ICU住院时间及机械通气时间,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of acute stroke pa⁃tients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute stroke admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to odd-even method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of stroke-associated pneumonia,ICU length of stay,mechanical ventilation time,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The inci⁃dence of stroke-associated pneumonia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).The ICU length of stay and mechanical ventilation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the experi⁃mental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).Conclusion:The application of early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of acute stroke patients has a significant effect,which can re⁃duce the incidence of stroke-associated pneumonia,shorten the ICU length of stay and mechanical ventilation time,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
