摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室一体化护理在肺移植手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年1月于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院行肺移植手术的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予手术室一体化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:入室、手术开始时,两组体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术1 h、手术2 h、术毕时,观察组体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体温发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。观察组基础护理、三方核查、术中巡视、医护配合评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:手术室一体化护理在肺移植手术患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够降低术中低体温发生率,改善护理质量,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated nursing in operating room for the nursing of patients undergoing lung transplantation surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent lung transplantation surgery at Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from August 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated nursing in the operating room on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups at the time of entering operating room and at the beginning of surgery(P>0.05);The body temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 h of surgery,2 h of surgery and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The scores of basic nursing,tripartite verification,intraoperative inspection,and doctor-nurse cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of integrated nursing in the operating room for the nursing of patients undergoing lung transplantation surgery is good,which can reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,improve the quality of nursing,and increase the nursing satisfaction of patients.
