摘 要:碳-碳(C-C)复合材料是一种在高温下具有优异机械性能和耐磨特性的材料,已被广泛应用于航空发动机的密封结构。相较于石墨,C-C复合材料在高温环境下可表现出更卓越的耐磨能力。本文通过化学气相渗透和前驱体热解渗透法制备的C-C复合材料可展现出良好的摩擦磨损性能。本研究制备了C-C复合材料与石墨2种试样,并在25~450℃对它们的摩擦磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明:随着测试温度的升高,C-C复合材料的磨损量呈先上升后下降的趋势,而石墨的磨损量逐渐增大;并且C-C复合材料的摩擦系数先减小后增大再减小,而石墨的摩擦系数整体呈增大趋势。在250℃时,C-C复合材料的平均磨损率达到最大,其值为12×10^(-5)g·s^(-1),石墨的平均磨损率为15×10^(-5)g·s^(-1)。在450℃时,C-C复合材料的平均磨损率仅为5×10^(-5)g·s^(-1),石墨的平均磨损率为34×10^(-5)g·s^(-1),此条件下C-C复合材料的平均磨损率比石墨降低了近7倍,呈现了其显著的耐磨效果。Carbon-carbon(C-C)composites is a kind of material with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance at high temperature,and has been widely used in the sealing structure of aircraft engines.Compared with graphite,C-C composites exhibits superior wear resistance at high temperatures.In this paper,the C-C composites prepared by chemical vapor permeation and precursor thermal depermeation showed good friction and wear properties.Two samples of C-C composites and graphite were prepared in this study,and then the friction and wear properties of the two materials were tested in the range of 25450℃.The results show that with the increase of test temperature,the wear of C-C composites increases firstly and then decreases,while the wear of graphite increases gradually,and the friction coefficient of C-C composites decreases firstly and then increases and then decreases,while the friction coefficient of graphite increases as a whole.At 250℃,the average wear rate of C-C composites reaches the maximum,and its value is 12×10^(-5)g·s^(-1),and the average wear rate of graphite is 15×10^(-5)g·s^(-1).At 450℃,the average wear rate of C-C composites is only 5×10^(-5)g·s^(-1),and the average wear rate of graphite is 34×10^(-5)g·s^(-1),Under this condition,the average wear rate of C-C composite is nearly 7 times lower than that of graphite,showing its remarkable wear resistance.
