摘 要:间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)与各系统性疾病的相关性已成为近年研究的热点。Cx43一直是多学科交叉研究的核心,广泛参与疾病的病理生理过程。Cx43通过与不同通路中的不同受体产生关联影响疾病的发生、进展及结局。目前的研究主要集中于完善单个疾病中Cx43的具体作用机制,但其与呼吸系统疾病的相关性仍需进一步研究阐明。未来明确Cx43与新型冠状病毒肺炎、肺癌等呼吸系统疾病的关系,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。The relationship between connexin 43(Cx43)and various systemic diseases has become a research hotspot in recent years.Cx43 has been the core of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research,and is widely involved in the pathophysiological process of diseases.Cx43 affects the occurrence,progression and outcome of diseases by associating with different receptors in different pathways.Current research mainly focuses on perfecting the specific mechanism of Cx43 in individual diseases,but its correlation with respiratory diseases still needs to be further elucidated.In the future,clarifying the relationship between Cx43 and respiratory diseases such as coronavirus disease 2019 and lung cancer can provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
