摘　　要：糖尿病心脏自主神经病变(DCAN)是糖尿病的慢性并发症,发病率呈逐年升高趋势,无典型临床表现,漏诊率和误诊率较高,大大增加了糖尿病患者的死亡风险。DCAN的发病机制可能与糖基化终末产物、活性氧、促炎性细胞因子的产生有关。目前西医尚无针对DCAN的有效治疗措施,治疗仍以控制危险因素、降糖和改善症状为主。中医治疗DCAN以调和气血平衡为根本,在辨证施治基础上潜方用药,可明显改善患者症状。深入研究DCAN的发病机制有助于寻找有效的DCAN治疗方法。Diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy(DCAN)is a chronic complication of diabetes,the incidence of which is increasing year by year.It has no typical clinical manifestations,and has a high rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,which greatly increases the risk of death in diabetic patients.The pathogenesis of DCAN may be related to the production of advanced glycation end products,reactive oxygen species and pro-inflammatory cytokines.At present,there is no effective treatment for DCAN in western medicine,and the treatment still focuses on controlling risk factors,reducing blood sugar and improving symptoms.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DCAN is based on regulating the balance of qi and blood.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the prescription and medication can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients.In-depth study of the pathogenesis of DCAN can help to findeffective treatments for DCAN.
