摘　　要：介绍国际铁路行业标准(international railway industry standard,IRIS)概况、认证方案、管理机构、认证证书等基本情况,深入分析IRIS认证的发展历程。从IRIS认证对过程方法的强化、顾客关注的强化、铁路行业供应链的延伸、铁路领域供应链各类型企业和业务适用性的考虑,以及推动铁路质量管理最佳实践的应用等多个层面,分析IRIS相关标准及认证的价值和意义。This paper introduces the basic information of IRIS overview,certification scheme,management body,cer⁃tification certificate,etc.,and deeply analyzes the development process of IRIS certification.The value and signifi⁃cance of IRIS standards and certifications are analyzed from multiple levels,such as the strengthening of process ap⁃proach,the strengthening of customer focus,the extension of the supply chain of the railway industry,the consider⁃ation of the applicability of various types of enterprises and businesses in the supply chain in the railway sector,and the promotion of the application of railway quality management best practices.
