稳健统计方法在实验室能力验证中的应用

摘　　要：采用合适的统计方法对实验室能力验证结果进行处理非常重要。分析稳健统计方法的属性、稳健统计量、Z比分数数学模型和稳健统计评价标准。利用稳健统计方法,分析和评价了36个参加能力验证的实验室对机制砂样品A、样品B中石粉含量的检测结果。结果表明,运用稳健统计方法能够真实、全面反映各实验室检测能力;通过判断存疑或离群数据,及时采取应对措施,可提升实验室检测能力;便于管理者对能力评价为存疑或不满意的实验室,采取纠正措施改进,以持续保持实验室的检测能力。It is important to deal with the results of the laboratory proficiency testing by using appropriate statistical method.This paper analyzes the attributes of robust statistical methods,robust statistics,mathematical model of Z⁃score and evaluation criteria of robust statistics.This paper analyzes and evaluates the test results of 36 laboratories for partici⁃pating proficiency testing on the fine content in manufactured sand sample A and sample B by using the robust statistical method.The results show that after the robust statistical method the testing ability of each laboratory can be truly and comprehensively reflected;By judging the doubtful or outlier data and taking timely countermeasures,the laboratory testing ability is improved;It is convenient for the manager to take corrective measures to improve the laboratory whose ability evaluation is doubtful or unsatisfactory,so as to continuously maintain the testing capability of the laboratory.
