摘　　要：随着“健康中国”国家战略的实施和“四新”建设的深化推进,医学教育正面临着重大的改革发展机遇。作为新医科建设重要组成部分的新药科,将“懂医精药、善研善成”作为其药学人才的培养目标,致力于培养服务生命全周期大健康观和具有创新能力的药学人才。在新药科背景下,应建立和实施“多链融合、协同育人”的实践能力培养体系,从而提升药学生以临床为导向的新药研发观,促进“懂医精药、善研善成”的人才培养目标达成。With the implementation of the“Healthy China”national strategy and the deepening of the“Four New”construction,medical education is facing major reform and development.As an important part of the construction of the new medical education,the new pharmaceutical education takes“proficient in medicine and pharmacy,beeing good at research”as its training goal.It is committed to cultivating pharmaceutical talents with the concept of service life cycle and the ability to innovate new drugs.Under the background of new pharmaceutical education,a practical training system of“multi-chain integration and collaborative education”should be established and implemented to improve the clinical oriented concept of new drug research for the pharmaceutical students,and promote the achievement of the training goal.
