摘　　要：目的检索、评价并总结耳源性眩晕患者前庭康复训练的最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法计算机检索Pub Med、中国知网、Up To Date等国内外数据库、相关指南网站及专业学会网站中关于耳源性眩晕患者前庭康复训练的相关证据。检索时限自建库至2023年6月19日。由2名研究者对文献质量进行独立评价,同时提取和汇总相关证据。结果最终纳入9篇文献,包括1篇临床决策、2篇指南、1篇专家共识、4篇系统评价、1篇随机对照试验。最终形成5个方面的最佳证据。结论总结了耳源性眩晕患者前庭康复训练的最佳证据,形成具体的推荐意见,可为临床工作者制定相关康复训练方案提供循证依据。Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarize currently used assessment evidence related to vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with otogenic vertigo to guide clinical practice.Methods A systematical search of national and international databases,guideline websites and professional society websites,including Pub Med,CNKI and Up To Date was conducted focused on evidence used for assessment of vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with otogenic vertigo up to June 19,2023.Literature quality evaluation,extraction and integration were completed independently by 2 researchers.Results A total of 9 studies,including 1 on clinical decisions,2 guidelines,1 expert consensus,4 systematic reviews and 1 RCT were included in the final evaluation,leading to summary of 5 aspects of optimal evidence.Conclusion Optimal evidence for assessment of vestibular rehabilitation in patients with otogenic vertigo was summarized,which can be useful for clinicians in formulating specific rehabilitation training plans in an evidence-based basis manner.
