摘  要:低蛋白日粮关系到我国的畜禽生产、国际贸易,对于维持我国畜禽的可持续发展来说尤为重要。文章围绕肉鸡低蛋白日粮配制技术中涉及到的粗蛋白降低的程度、理想蛋白质氨基酸平衡模式、合成氨基酸补充种类、饲料原料标准回肠可消化氨基酸参数的研究进展进行综述,在限制性氨基酸得到满足的情况下,肉鸡日粮中粗蛋白最大可以降低2.5个百分点,添加蛋白酶或植酸酶粗蛋白可以降低0.5或1个百分点,低蛋白日粮配制还要注意电解质平衡。Low-protein diets are related to China's animal production and international trade,and are particularly important for maintaining the sustainable development of China's demestic animal.This paper reviews the research progress of crude protein reduction,ideal protein amino acid balance mode,amino acid supplement types,and standardize ideal digestible amino acid parameters of feed raw materials involved in the formulation technology of low-protein diets for broilers.In the case of limiting amino acids,the crude protein in the broiler diet can be reduced by about 2.5 percentage points.Adding protease or phytase can reduce the crude protein by 0.5 and 1 percentage points,and the low protein diet should be paid attention to the electrolyte balance.
