摘　　要：胡桃醌是核桃青皮中的主要活性物质,具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎等多种生物活性,在动物生产中具有较大的应用潜力。文章比较了胡桃醌不同提取纯化方法的优缺点,阐述了胡桃醌的生物活性,并展望了胡桃醌在畜禽养殖中的应用前景,为胡桃醌的研究和开发提供理论指导。Juglone is the main active substance in walnut green peel,which has a variety of biological activities such as antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,etc.,and has a large potential for application in animal production.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction and purification methods of juglone,describes the bioactivity of juglone,and looks forward to the application prospect of juglone in livestock and poultry breeding to provide theoretical guidance for the research and development of juglone.
