摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮添加菌酶添加剂对蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清生化指标、粪中氨气排放的影响。选取1800只400日龄商品代海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成3组,每组600只,每组3个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5、1.0 g/kg菌酶结合制剂,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的产蛋率显著升高(P<0.05),料蛋比、破蛋率显著降低(P<0.05);试验组的蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组蛋壳强度显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验组蛋鸡血清中尿酸(UA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验组蛋鸡粪中氨气浓度显著降低(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。说明,饲粮中添加菌酶结合制剂能够显著提高蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质,降低鸡粪中的氨气浓度。This experiment was designed to study the effects of a bacteria enzyme complex product on egg production performance,egg quality,serum biochemical index,and ammonia emissions in manure of laying hens.One thousand and eight hundred 400-day-old commercial generation Hyline brown laying hens were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 3 groups with 600 hens in each group.There were 3 replicates within each group with 200 hens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diets.GroupⅠand groupⅡwere fed with basic diets supplemented with 0.5 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg of bacterial enzyme complex products,respectively.The experimental period was conducted for 42 days.Results showed that,compared with the control group,the egg production rate of the experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to egg ratio and egg breaking rate were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,and Hastelloy unit of the two experimental groups were also significantly increased(P<0.05),with the groupⅡsignificantly higher than the groupⅠ(P<0.05).The serum uric acid(UA)content in the experimental groups of laying hens was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the ammonia concentration in the manure of the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),with the groupⅡsignificantly lower than the groupⅠ(P<0.05).These results indicat that the bacterial enzyme complex product increases egg production performance and egg quality,decreases the ammonia concentration in the manure of laying hens.
