摘 要:针对“零排放”背景下海上钻井废弃物回收总量大、转运成本高、甲板空间受限等难题,常规钻屑减量工艺是将减量设备置于螺旋输送器末端,由于螺旋体的搅拌混合导致钻屑黏度增大,加剧固液分离难度,造成减量效果不理想。基于负压抽吸技术,对常规减量工艺进行优化改进,开发出一种小型化源头减量分离技术及装置,将设备工艺前置,通过在振动筛下方增设小型固液分离装置,形成了一种“零排放”钻屑随钻减量处理工艺,并在渤海油田C平台应用测试2井次,取得了较好的效果,基本具备了现场随钻处理能力,验证了负压抽吸减量技术的可行性。该装置占用空间小,利于安装,能够大幅降低钻井液损耗,提升钻屑干燥程度,为“零排放”背景下海上钻井废弃物处置提供了技术思路,具有一定的推广价值和借鉴意义。Due to the challenges of large total volume,high transportation costs,and limited deck space for the recovery of offshore drilling fluid wastes under the backdrop of“zero discharge”,conventional cuttings reduction processes face difficulties.These processes typically involve placing reduction equipment at the end of screw conveyors,leading to increased viscosity of cuttings due to the mixing action of the screw,exacerbating the difficulty of solid-liquid separation and resulting in suboptimal reduction effects.Based on negative pressure suction technology,an optimization and improvement of conventional reduction processes have been undertaken.A downsized source reduction and separation technology and device have been developed,with equipment processes being placed upfront.By adding a small-scale solid-liquid separation device below a vibrating screen,a“zero discharge”cuttings reduction process along with drilling has been established.This technology has been tested on two wells at the C platform in the Bohai Oilfield,yielding promising results and demonstrating the on-site capability of simultaneous drilling waste treatment.The feasibility of negative pressure suction reduction technology has been verified.Occupying minimal space and being easy to install,this device significantly reduces drilling fluid loss and enhances cuttings drying,providing a technical approach for the disposal of offshore drilling fluid wastes under the“zero discharge”context.It holds considerable potential for wider application and serves as a valuable reference for similar endeavors.
