摘　　要：数字化建设是当前博物馆应对数字经济时代的挑战、主动融入数字化变革的重要手段,其过程可以大致分为文物资源数字化、数字资源资产化和展览虚拟现实化三个阶段。文物资源数字化的过程中主要面临新的版权作品生成与否的判断难题;数字资源资产化阶段的版权风险主要在于NFT(Non-Fungible Token)数字藏品的版权生成和流转环节;博物馆虚拟展览因观众参与方式和自由创作程度的不同而面临不同的版权问题。针对数字化建设中存在的版权问题,博物馆亟需进行版权风险的应对与治理,数字化版权风险评估是首要任务,其次应该完善博物馆数字化版权风险防范机制,最后还应该从人才培养和技术创新两个方面提升博物馆的数字化版权维权能力和治理水平。Digital construction is an important means for museums to cope with the challenges of the digital economy era and actively integrate into the digital transformation.The process can be roughly divided into three stages:digitization of cultural relics resources,digitization of digital resources and virtual reality of exhibitions.The process of digitization of cultural relics resources mainly faces the difficult problem of judging whether new copyright works are generated or not.The copyright risk in the stage of digital resource assets mainly lies in the copyright generation and circulation of NFT digital collections.Virtual exhibitions in museums face different copyright problems due to the different ways of audience participation and the degree of free creation.In view of copyright problems existing in digital construction,museums urgently need to deal with and manage copyright risks.Digital copyright risk assessment is the first task,followed by the improvement of the museum s digital copyright risk prevention mechanism,and finally,the museum's digital copyright rights protection ability and governance level should be improved from the two aspects of talent training and technological innovation.
