摘 要:提出了1种采用高效液相色谱法测定己二酸生产废液中硝酸及二元酸含量的方法。通过考察样品稀释倍数的影响,确定样品前处理条件。进行了高效液相色谱仪仪器测试波长及流动相配比的选择试验,确定以体积比2∶8的甲醇∶磷酸缓冲溶液(pH=2.5)为流动相,柱温30℃,测试波长210nm的测试条件,实现了采用高效液相色谱法测定己二酸生产废液中硝酸及二元酸含量。加标回收试验的回收率为96.55%~102.31%,各测试组分相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5%。方法简便、准确快速,适用于己二酸生产废液中硝酸及二元酸含量的测定。A method for the determination of nitric acid and dibasic acid in waste liquid from adipic acid production by high performance liquid chromatography was proposed.The pretreatment conditions of samples were determined by examining the influence of its dilution ratio.The determination of content of nitric acid and dibasic acid in adipic acid production waste liquid by HPLC was achieved by using methanol/phosphoric acid buffer solution(pH=2.5)with volume ratio of 2∶8 as mobile phase,column temperature of 30℃ and wavelength of 210 nm.The recovery rate was 96.55%~102.31%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)of each component was less than 5%.The method withthe feature of simple,accurate and rapid,was suitable for the determination of nitric acid and dibasic acid in adipic acid production waste liquid.
