摘 要:文中通过悬浮床加氢装置对不同原料油进行加氢裂化试验研究,分别考察以FCC油浆、DCC油浆为基础原料油,并以常压渣油、减压渣油和蒽油作为补充原料油,与煤共炼加氢反应效果的研究,结果表明:溶剂油中蒽油掺入量提高,单位质量煤转化率和沥青转化率也会增加,轻质油收率小幅度增加。常压渣油和减压渣油掺入量的比例提高,轻质油收率增加,单位质量煤转化率和沥青质转化率会降低。This paper carried out the hydrocracking experiments on different raw oil in a suspended bed hydrogenation unit to investigate the hydrogenation reaction effect of FCC slurry and DCC slurry as base raw oil and atmospheric residual oil,vacuum residual oil and anthracene oil as supplementary raw oil.The results showed that,with the increase of anthracene oil incorporation in solvent oil,the conversion rate of coal and asphalt per unit mass will also increase,and the yield of light oil will increase slightly.With the increase of the proportion of atmospheric residue and vacuum residue,the yield of light oil will increase,and the conversion rate of coal and asphaltene per unit mass will decrease.
