摘 要:研究无机纳米复合助剂种类和用量对聚乙烯流延膜热封层性能的影响,筛选出无机纳米复合助剂A作为聚乙烯流延膜热封层助剂,添加量为4000×10^(-6)。以钛系催化剂制备出聚乙烯流延膜热封层专用料PE-LF274PC,其熔体质量流动速率为3.4~4.0 g/(10 min),密度0.927~0.930 g/cm^(3)。制成流延薄膜雾度<6%,光泽度>86。加工应用实验表明,PE-LF274PC加工性能良好,适用于流延薄膜热封层的生产,满足用户要求。The influence of the type and amount of inorganic nanocomposite additive on the properties of polyethylene were studied.The inorganic nanocomposite additive A was selected as the polyethylene casting film heat sealing layer additive,with the addition amount of 4000×10^(-6).PE-LF274PC was prepared with Ti catalyst.The melt mass flow rate was 3.4~4.0 g/(10 min),and the density was 0.927~0.930 g/cm^(3).The haze of the cast film is less than 6% and the gloss is more than 86.The application showed that PE-LF274PC was suitable for the production of casting film heat seal layer and met the consumers'demand.
