测绘教学引用标准规范问题探析

摘  要:对我国现阶段军地测绘教育教学引用标准规范问题进行了研究探析。首先对我国测绘国家标准、测绘行业标准和军用测绘导航标准的分类、内容进行了梳理,并对近年来各类标准、规范的研究制定、发布和更新情况进行了统计,同时对教材引用标准现状进行了统计分析,总结了我国现阶段测绘教学引用标准情况存在的若干问题;重点对测绘教学引用标准规范问题的优化措施进行了研究探析,为后续开展教材更新编修、标准规范专题授课、加强标准规范质量约束、建立协同机制等提供了对策建议。This paper studies and analyzes the problems of the standards and specifications of surveying and mapping education and teaching at the present stage in China.Firstly,the classification and content of China’s national standards,industry standards and military standards of surveying and mapping are sorted out,and the research,formulation,release and update of various standards and specifications in recent years are counted.At the same time,the current situation of textbook reference standards is analyzed,and some problems existing in China’s current surveying and mapping teaching reference standards are summarized.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the optimization measures for the reference of standards and specifications in surveying and mapping teaching,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the follow-up development of textbook updating and editing,special lectures on standards and specifications,strengthening the quality constraints of standards and specifications,and establishing a collaborative mechanism.
