摘  要:为给鸡冠花(Celosia cristata)的种质改良和品种选育提供参考,以未经诱变的鸡冠花种子(CK)及3个航天诱变种(H_(1)、H_(2)和H_(3))种子为试验材料,对其特性与萌发状况进行比较。结果表明,H_(1)、H_(2)和H_(3)诱变种的种子千粒重、发芽势、发芽率和蛋白质含量均有差异;H_(1)诱变种表现较优,其种子千粒重、发芽势、发芽率和蛋白质含量均显著高于CK,分别为CK的1.28、1.20、1.13和1.14倍。H_(1)、H_(2)和H_(3)诱变种的种子萌发状况均有差异;H_(1)诱变种表现最好,其种子子叶鲜重、下胚轴长、胚根长和SOD活性分别为CK的1.29、1.45、1.33和1.31倍;其次为H_(2)诱变种,除种子千粒重和蛋白质含量外,其他指标均显著高于CK;H_(3)诱变种的各项指标均优于CK,除种子千粒重和胚根长外,其他指标均与CK差异不显著。航天诱变使鸡冠花种子产生有利变异。In order to provide references for germplasm improvement and variety selection of Celosia cristata,seeds without mutagenesis of C.cristata(CK)and three seeds with space mutagenesis(H_(1),H_(2) and H_(3))were used as experimental materials to compare seed characteristics and germination status.Results showed that there were differences in 1000-grain weights,germination potentials,germination rates and protein contents among seeds of H_(1),H_(2) and H_(3) mutant species.H_(1) mutant species performed better,with 1000-grain weight,germination potential,germination rate and protein content of seeds significantly higher than those of CK,which were 1.28,1.20,1.13 and 1.14 times higher than those of CK respectively.There were differences in germination status among seeds of H_(1),H_(2) and H_(3) mutant species.H_(1) mutant species showed the best performance.Fresh weight of cotyledon,hypocotyl length,radicle length and SOD activity of seeds were 1.29,1.45,1.33 and 1.31 times higher than those of CK respectively.Followed by H_(2) mutant species,with all other indexes,except for 1000-grain weight and protein content of seeds significantly higher than those of CK.Indexes of H_(3) mutant species were better than those of CK,xcept for 1000-grain weight and radicle length of seeds,other indexes had no differences with CK.Space mutagenesis produced favourable variations in C.cristata seeds.
