摘　　要：通过设备改造及工艺优化,成功实现了ITY在Wings-FDY设备上一步法生产。研究结果表明:风压设定为30 Pa,调整纺丝/卷绕上油比例为6:4,预热辊温度51℃,定型辊温度124℃,拉伸倍数3.2,卷绕速度3550 m/min时,ITY 148dtex/108f纺况稳定,物理指标均匀,满足客户定制化的产品需求。Through equipment renovation and process optimization,ITY has successfully achieved one-step production on Wings FDY equipment.The research results show that when the wind pressure is set to 30 Pa,the spinning/winding oil ratio is adjusted to 6:4,the preheating roller temperature is 51 C,the shaping roller temperature is 124℃,the stretching ratio is 3.2,and the winding speed is 3550 m/min,the spinning condition of ITY 148dtex/108f is stable,and the physical indicators are uniform,meeting the customized product requirements of customers.
