摘　　要：由于PSA装置解吸气压缩机入口篮式管道过滤器存在过滤效果差,机组故障率高等问题,因此文章将其改为旋风管分离器和过滤分离器组合过滤设施。改造后可以有效过滤解吸气中的粉尘和水汽,延长了机组运行周期,降低了生产成本。Due to the poor filtration effect and high unit failure rate of the basket type pipeline filter at the inlet of the PSA units desorption compressor,this article changes it to a combined filtration facility of cyclone tube separator and filter separator.After renovation,it can effectively filter the dust and water vapor in the desorption gas,prolong the operating cycle of the unit,reduce production costs,and effectively extend the operating cycle of the unit.
