摘　　要：介绍了某石化污水处理厂污泥处置装置干化技术原理及当前运行方式,针对该污水处理厂污泥干化设备设施在运行过程中遇到的无法长周期安全稳定运行的现状,从工艺、设备、安全等方面进行了分析并提出实施了改进措施,提高了干化装置的稳定运行周期和运行效率,确保了运行环境的稳定性和安全性,减少了人力劳动。本研究结果污泥干化处理设施的稳定运行提供了思路和参考,对持续深化“无废企业”建设,固废资源化,绿色可持续化发展具有一定意义。This article introduces the drying technology principle and current operating mode of a sludge disposal device in a petrochemical wastewater treatment plant.In response to the current situation that the sludge drying equipment and facilities in the wastewater treatment plant cannot operate safely and stably for a long period of time,this article analyzes and proposes improvement measures from the aspects of process,equipment,safety,etc.,which improve the stable operating cycle and efficiency of the drying device,ensure the stability and safety of the operating environment,and reduce human labor.The results of this study provide ideas and references for the stable operation of sludge drying treatment facilities,which is of certain significance for the continuous deepening of the construction of"waste free enterprises",the utilization of solid waste resources,and green and sustainable development.
