摘  要:珍珠镍电镀工艺因其柔和、高雅、防炫目等优点,越来越多地被应用于装饰性电镀产品中。镀层砂感与色泽的控制是珍珠镍电镀工艺的难点。针对聚(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)(ABS)塑胶电镀珍珠镍工艺,通过对其工艺流程、溶液组成成份、原理及作用的阐述,详细分析了各参数对珍珠镍镀层砂感及色泽的影响,并介绍了相应的控制方法。结果表明:严格把控这些影响因素,可有效提高镀层砂感及色泽的稳定性,降低生产成本,提高电镀合格率。The pearl nickel electroplating process has been used more and more in decorative electroplating products because of its soft,elegant and anti-dazzling advantages.It is difficult to control the sand sense and color of the plating.The process,composition,principle and function of poly(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene)(ABS) plastic electroplating pearl-nickel were described.The influence of parameters on the sand sense and color of the pearl-nickel coating was analyzed in detail,and the corresponding control methods were introduced.The results show that strict control of these influencing factors can effectively improve the sand sense and color stability of the coating,reduce the production cost,and improve the qualified rate of electroplating.
