摘 要:【目的】探究猪粪配施微生物菌剂对侵蚀红壤碳氮组分及竹柏生长的影响,为侵蚀劣地改良及获得适合竹柏生长的施肥方案提供依据。【方法】以盆栽竹柏为供试材料,测定土壤碳氮组分含量以及竹柏的生长、生理指标,探讨对照以及化肥、猪粪、猪粪+低量菌剂、猪粪+中量菌剂、猪粪+高量菌剂处理对侵蚀红壤碳氮组分含量及竹柏生长的影响。【结果】(1)猪粪配施菌剂可显著提高土壤总有机碳(soil organic carbon,SOC)和易氧化有机碳(easily oxidized organic carbon,EOC)含量,对可溶性有机碳(dissolved organic carbon,DOC)和颗粒有机碳(particulate organic carbon,POC)含量没有显著的提升作用;高剂量菌剂对土壤碳组分含量的提升效果最佳。(2)配施菌剂与单施猪粪处理相比,硝态氮(NO^(-)_(3)-N)含量提高了43.75%~68.75%,可溶性有机氮(dissolved organic nitrogen,DON)含量提高了13.59%~24.46%,氨基酸态氮(amino acid nitrogen,AAN)含量提高了11.08%,微生物量氮(microbial biomass nitrogen,MBN)含量提高了6.99%~36.65%,对铵态氮(NH^(+)_(4)-N)含量无明显的提升作用。(3)施用菌剂可促进竹柏的生长发育,高量菌剂对竹柏株高、地径增长量的提升效果最佳;中量菌剂对竹柏可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的提升效果最佳。【结论】猪粪配施适量微生物菌剂可有效改良侵蚀红壤,提高侵蚀红壤的碳氮组分含量,促进竹柏的生长发育。【Objective】 The effect of pig manure with microbial agents on carbon and nitrogen fractions of eroded red soil and growth of Nageia nagi were investigated in order to provide a basis for improving poor soil erosion and obtaining a suitable fertilization scheme for N.nagi growth.【Method】Six treatments,including blank control,chemical fertilizer,pig manure,pig manure supplemented with low,medium or high amount of microbial agents,were applied on potted N.nagi cultivated with eroded red soils,to investigate the impacts of pig manure combined with microbial agents on soil carbon and nitrogen fraction,and growth physiological indicators of N.nagi.【Result】(1) Pig manure with microbial agents could significantly increase the contents of soil organic carbon(SOC) and easily oxidized organic carbon(EOC),but did not influence the contents of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) and particulate organic carbon(POC),with high amount of microbial agents exerting the best effect on lifting soil carbon fraction.(2) Compared with single application of pig manure,pig manure combined with microbial agent was contributed to higher nitrate nitrogen(NO^(-)_(3)-N) content by 43.75%-68.75%,greater dissolved organic nitrogen(DON) content by 13.59%-24.46%,more amino acid nitrogen(AAN) content by 11.08%,and microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN) content by 6.99%-36.65%,though there was no significant promotive effect on ammonium nitrogen(NH^(+)_(4)-N) content.(3) The application of microbial agents can effectively promote the growth and development of N.nagi,with high amount of microbial agent exerting the optimum promotive effect on height and diameter of N.nagi,and medium amount of microbial agent being most conductive to optimum contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein.【Conclusion】 The application of pig manure with appropriate amount of microbial agents was an effective measure to improve the quality of eroded red soil,increase the content of carbon and nitrogen fractions,and promote the growth and development of N.nagi.
