摘 要:酿酒过程中会产生大量富含有机污染物的废水,目前对酿酒行业污水处理过程中温室气体排放水平的认识尚不清楚。结合《城镇污水处理厂污染物去除协同控制温室气体核算技术指南》以及生命周期评价(LCA)方法,构建酿酒厂污水处理碳排放定量分析模型,对比了传统工艺和厌氧微生物在线培养技术(IBB)协同鸟粪石脱氮除磷(MAP)工艺在酿酒污水处理过程中的温室气体排放。结果表明,IBB+MAP工艺处理1 t废水的净碳排放量为-46.8 kg CO_(2)eq,其碳减排效益与传统工艺相比提高50.9%。另外,经济效益分析表明,IBB+MAP工艺带来的经济收益约为2.76元/t污水,可有效降低污水处理的运营负担。The brewing process produces a large amount of wastewater rich in organic pollutants,and the level of greenhouse gas emissions in the wastewater treatment process of the brewing industry is still not well understood.In this study,a quantitative analysis model of carbon emissions from sewage treatment in breweries was constructed by combining the Technical Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Accounting for Collaborative Control of Pollutant Removal in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants and the Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)method,and the greenhouse gas emissions of traditional processes and anaerobic microbial online culture technology(IBB)and struvite nitrogen and phosphorus removal(MAP)processes were compared.The results showed that the net carbon emission of one ton of wastewater treated by the IBB+MAP process was-46.8 kg CO_(2) eq,and its carbon reduction benefit was 50.9%higher compared with the conventional process.In addition,the economic benefit analysis shows that the economic benefit brought by the IBB+MPA process is about 2.76 yuan/ton of sewage,which can effectively reduce the operational burden of sewage treatment.
