水利系统赓续中国共产党人精神谱系的内在逻辑与实践要义——基于人民情怀的视角

摘　　要：中国共产党人精神谱系与水利精神都蕴含着以民为本的基本价值取向和人民至上的伟大情怀。水利系统赓续中国共产党人精神谱系具有鲜明的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。水利系统应从思路、理念、路径等方面,积极探索赓续中国共产党人精神谱系的实践要义,为新时代水利事业的改革发展注入强大的精神力量。Both the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists and the spirit of water conservancy system contain the primary value orientation of people-oriented and the great feelings of putting the people above all else.The water conservancy system has distinct historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic to continue the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists.The water conservancy system should actively explore the practical essence of continuing the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists from the aspects of ideas,concepts and paths,and inject strong spiritual forces into the reform and development of water conservancy in the new era.
