摘  要:毛泽东代理国民党中央宣传部部长,发生于共产国际推动国共两党党内合作、共同推进大革命的大背景下。毛泽东在任内通过建章立制、创办党报、完善组织,统一宣传工作,实现“党治宣传”。将毛泽东代理国民党中央宣传部部长置于国共两党党内合作的组织环境下,可从中管窥中国共产党人在宣传观念、宣传内容、宣传组织、宣传形式等方面顺应政党政治兴起与大革命潮流而凸显出的独特优势。Mao Zedong once acted as the head of propaganda of the KMT Central Committee,which occurred against the background of the Comintern's promotion of cooperation between the KMT and the CCP and the joint promotion of the Great Revolution.During his term of office,Mao Zedong established rules and regulations,founded party newspapers,and improved organizations to unify propaganda work and realize“propaganda under party leadership”.Placing Mao Zedong as acting head of propaganda of the KMT Central Committee in an organizational environment of cooperation between the KMT and the CCP can give us a glimpse of the unique advantages of the Chinese Communists in conforming to the rise of party politics and the tide of the great revolution in terms of propaganda concepts,propaganda contents,propaganda organizations,and propaganda forms.
