摘 要:薄膜前处理工艺具有工序简单、绿色环保、成本低等特点,受到企业广泛关注。本文结合某汽车制造企业升级改造案例,针对锌系磷化、锆系薄膜两种汽车涂装前处理工艺,从生产废水、生产成本以及优势特点方面开展对比研究,发现锆系薄膜工艺具有废水中无磷、无镍、少氟、产渣量小,且无需表调工序,室温即可反应,综合能耗低的特点。采用锆系薄膜工艺替代后,企业每年可节省256.3万元。The film pretreatment process of zirconium has the characteristics of a simple process,green and environmental protection,and low cost,and has been widely considered by enterprises.This article provides a comparative study on the zinc phosphating and zirconium film pretreatment processes in automotive coating,based on a case study of upgrading and transformation by a certain automobile manufacturing enterprise.The comparison is conducted from the aspects of production wastewater,production costs,and advantages.It is found that the zirconium film technology has the characteristics of no phosphorus,no nickel,low fluorine content in wastewater,and minimal residue production.Moreover,it does not require extra process adjustment and can react at room temperature,resulting in low comprehensive energy consumption.By adopting the zirconium-based film technology as a replacement,the enterprise can save 2.563 million yuan annually.
