摘  要:本文以飞机喷漆机库的废气治理为例,阐述了对喷漆过程中产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)的治理工艺。即首先通过风机将废气送入预过滤系统,去除漆雾及粉尘等固体颗粒物;再将大量有机废气通过沸石转轮,利用沸石的吸附作用将VOCs浓缩至5~20倍后脱附;最后将废气通过风机引入催化燃烧床,利用气-固相催化反应将VOCs氧化分解为水和二氧化碳。实践表明,该种处理工艺运行稳定性高、处理效率高,非常适用于喷漆机库大风量、低浓度、间断式作业的作业模式。Taking the waste gas treatment of aircraft painting hangar as an example,this paper describes the treatment technology of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)produced in the process of painting.That is,it is first sent to the pre-filtration system through the fan to remove solid particles such as paint mist and dust;Then a large number of organic waste gas through the zeolite runner,using the adsorption of zeolite to concentrate VOCs to 5~20 times after desorption;Finally,the exhaust gas is introduced into the catalytic combustion bed through the fan,and the gas-solid phase catalytic reaction is used to oxidize and decompose VOCs into water and carbon dioxide.The practice shows that this treatment process has high stability and efficiency,and is very suitable for the operation mode of large air volume,low concentration and intermittent operation in spray painting hangar.
