摘 要:作为稻谷生产和消费大国,我国稻谷年产量高达2亿t,稻谷库存量大,可作为畜禽饲料使用,但稻谷中的抗营养因子会降低稻谷中养分的利用率。饲用酶制剂具有提高养分消化利用率,改善畜禽健康,提高生产性能的功能。若能合理使用酶制剂,高效利用稻谷资源,不仅能缓解能量饲料的供需矛盾,还能为稻谷去库存提供新的途径。本文主要综述了稻谷及其副产物的营养价值及抗营养因子组成,以及酶制剂在稻谷及其副产物中的应用。China produced up to 200 million tons of paddy annually and is a significant user and producer of this crop.Although there is a plentiful supply of paddy,its anti-nutrition factors will slow down the rate at which the nutrients are absorbed by animals.By enhancing nutrient digestion,feeding enzymes can enhance animal health and production performance.If enzymes can be rationally applied to effectively utilize paddy,this will not only help to resolve the imbalance between the supply and demand for energy feed,but will also open up a new method for rice destocking.This article focused on the composition of nutrients and anti-nutritional factors in paddy and its by-products as well as the application of enzyme in rice and its by-products.
