摘  要:明确流体润滑介质在滚动轴承内部的流动行为,对优化润滑系统设计、提升润滑效能和延长轴承寿命等具有重要的指导价值。针对国内外学者在滚动轴承流场可视化模拟与检测方面的研究工作,从轴承类型、润滑方式、润滑介质、功能结构、新型材料、流场检测等方面对相关研究进行了梳理,介绍了喷油润滑、油气润滑、环下润滑等工况下的可视化模拟技术现状,概述了材料、结构和添加剂等对轴承润滑增效作用的研究现状,汇集了直接光学观测法、射线衰减法、粒子成像测速技术、激光诱导荧光技术等在轴承流场检测中的应用现状,以方便读者和研究人员从中了解到更多与滚动轴承流场有关的信息。The clarification of flow behavior of fluid lubricating media inside rolling bearings has important guiding value in optimizing design of lubrication systems,improving lubrication performances and prolonging bearing life.In response to research works of domestic and foreign scholars on visualization simulation and detection of flow field inside the bearings,the relevant studies are sorted out from aspects of bearing types,lubrication modes,lubricating media,functional structures,new materials,flow field detection,etc.The status quo of visualization simulation technologies of oil-jet lubrication,oil-air lubrication,under-race lubrication and other lubrication modes is analyzed,the research status of materials,structures and additives on bearing lubrication enhancement are outlined,and the applications of direct optical observation method,ray attenuation method,particle imaging velocimetry technology and laser-induced fluorescence technology,etc.in detection of flow field inside the bearings are gathered,so as to facilitate readers and researchers to learn more about flow field inside the bearings.
