玉米须绞股蓝复合提取总黄酮工艺及其降压片的制备

摘　　要：以玉米须(stigma maydis)、绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)(1∶1)为提取原料,总黄酮含量为考察指标,通过提取溶剂、乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数等单因素考察对复合总黄酮含量的影响,再通过正交试验优化总黄酮的提取工艺,最后将优化提取的总黄酮过D101大孔吸附树脂精制后制备成降压片。结果表明,复方总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数50%,料液比1∶10,50℃下提取3.5 h。制备的片剂质量(片重差异±5.1%,脆碎度0.83%,崩解时限2.41 min)符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2020版)片剂的有关规定,并且降压片能降低SHR大鼠血压。Taking stigma maydis and Gynostemma pentaphyllum(1∶1)as the extraction raw material and the total flavonoids content as the investigation index,the effect of compound total flavonoids content was investigated by single factors including extraction sol⁃vent,ethanol volume fraction,extraction temperature,extraction time,material-liquid ratio and extraction times.Then,the extrac⁃tion process of total flavonoids was optimized by the orthogonal test.Finally,the optimized total flavonoids were refined by D101 mac⁃roporous adsorption resin and prepared into antihypertensive tablets.The results showed that the best extraction process of compound total flavonoids was 50%ethanol volume fraction,the material-liquid ratio was 1∶10,and the extraction time was 3.5 h at 50℃.The quality of the prepared tablets(weight difference±5.1%,fragmentability 0.83%,disintegration time 2.41 min)was in line with the rel⁃evant provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China(2020 edition),and the antihypertensive tablets could re⁃duce the blood pressure of SHR rats.
