摘　　要：城市集中供热是北方地区冬季重要的民生服务。如何更好地为社会和市场提供高质量服务,是供热管理部门持续关注的问题。文章设计一款基于大数据的热力网点供热服务情况的用户满意度问卷调查系统,从而为建立科学有效的供热服务体系,深化市政公用行业服务质量管理,保障城市集中供热行业健康可持续发展提供有力的保障,具有较高的现实意义。Urban central heating is an important livelihood service in winter in northern China.How to better provide high quality services for the society and the market is the problem of the heating management department.Design a user satisfaction questionnaire system based on the heating service of thermal outlets with big data,to provide a strong guarantee for the establishment of a scientific and practical heating service system,deepening the service quality management of the municipal public utilities industry,and ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the urban central heating industry.
