摘　　要：针对传统高校人力资源档案管理方法中存在的信息孤岛与数据分散等问题,提出基于云计算的高校人力资源档案集成共享方法。采用基于中间件的集成模式,将高校人力资源方案信息集成到Hadoop分布式文件系统(Hadoop Distributed File System,HDFS)中,再通过云计算环境完成高校人力资源档案信息的加密共享。实验结果表明,设计方法集成共享高校人力资源档案数据时,吞吐量始终在650~680 Mb/s,集成共享性能优越。In view of the problems of information island and data dispersion in the traditional university human resource file management method,the integration and sharing method of university human resource file based on cloud computing is put forward.Using the integration mode based on middleware,the university human resource scheme information is integrated into the Hadoop Distributed File System(HDFS),and then the encrypted sharing of the university human resource file information is completed through the cloud computing environment.The experimental results show that the design method always fluctuates in the range of 650~680 Mb/s,and the throughput has the superior integrated sharing performance.
