摘  要:专业学位研究生培养已取得了较大发展,基于校企协作的专业学位研究生培养模式已经成为各高校较为成熟的一种教育方式。但随着该培养模式的实施,在对学生实践能力培养的过程中亦逐渐显露出一些问题。文章基于对某西部高校地质工程专业学位研究生校企协作培养模式实施的现状分析,指出校企协作培养模式实施中存在实践培养目标不清、双导师权责不清及实践考核标准低等问题,针对上述问题分析了其产生的原因,并给出了相关对策及建议。The cultivation of professional degree graduate students has made significant progress,and the professional degree graduate training model based on school enterprise cooperation has become a mature education method in various universities.But with the implementation of this training model,some problems have gradually emerged in the process of practical training for students.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the implementation of the school enterprise collaborative training mode for graduate students majoring in geological engineering in a certain western university,it is pointed out that there are problems in the implementation of the school enterprise collaborative training mode,such as unclear practical training objectives,unclear responsibilities of dual mentors,and low practical assessment standards.The reasons for these problems are analyzed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are provided.
