摘 要:研究了在冻融、雨水冲刷等因素的综合作用下不同的施工工艺和有无面层对钢结构雨棚涂层防锈蚀能力、附着能力、变形能力的影响,分析了钢结构雨棚涂层的破坏机理,提出了有效的防腐措施,并建立数值分析模型来验证防腐措施的可靠性。结果表明:高压无气喷涂的方式可防止钢结构涂层产生剥落,高压无气喷涂加面层施工工艺与其他施工工艺相比效果更优;钢结构锈蚀的根本原因是钢材发生电化学反应,无机富锌底漆加环氧云铁中间漆加聚氨酯面漆的涂层方法可有效防止钢结构的锈蚀;在涂装前对钢结构表面进行处理,可以提高防腐防锈性能。This article investigates the effects of different construction techniques and surface layers on the anti rust,adhesion,and deformation capabilities of steel structure canopy coatings under the comprehensive effects of freeze-thaw and rainwater erosion.The failure mechanism of steel structure canopy coatings is analyzed,effective anti-corrosion measures are proposed,and a numerical analysis model is established to verify the reliability of anti-corrosion measures.The results show that the high-pressure airless spraying method can prevent the peeling of steel structure coatings,and the surface layer construction process is more effective than other construction processes.The fundamental reason for the corrosion of steel structures is the electrochemical reaction of steel.The coating method of inorganic zinc rich primer,epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint,and polyurethane topcoat can effectively prevent corrosion of steel structures.Treating the surface of steel structures before painting can improve their anti-corrosion and rust prevention performance.The study provides certain reference significance for the study of the service performance of steel structure canopies under high-altitude freeze-thaw cycle conditions.
