摘　　要：风险勘探是国际石油公司获取低价优质资源的重要方式,也是实现企业资产保值和增值的重要途径。毛里塔尼亚作为“一带一路”国家,具有良好的近海油气勘探前景,与中国保持着良好的贸易关系,中国石油公司应把握契机,夯实中非油气国际产能合作基础。Risk exploration is an important way for international oil companies to obtain high-quality resources at low prices,and maintain and increase the value of corporate assets.As a country under the Belt and Road Initiative,Mauritania has a good offshore oil and gas exploration prospect,and maintains good trade relations with China.Chinese oil companies are proposed to seize the opportunity to consolidate the foundation of China-Africa oil and gas international production capacity cooperation.
