摘　　要：阐述了框架协议招标方案标准化模板在石化企业框架协议采购中的应用。通过对近3年招标文件资料的归纳整理,以招标文件提报流程为脉络,提炼各个大类招标文件的共性部分并加以固化,编制框架协议招标方案模板,模板涵盖了公开招标、邀请招标等业务场景,提高了框架协议招标方案提报的准确性、规范性及可操作性。The application of standardized template of framework agreement bidding scheme in the framework agreement procurement of petrochemical enterprises was described.Based on sorting and summarization of the bidding documents in the past three years,the common parts of various categories of bidding documents are extracted and solidified in the context of the submission process of bidding documents,and the framework agreement bidding scheme template is prepared.The template covers the business scenarios of open bidding,invitation bidding and so on,which improves the accuracy,standardization and operability of the submission of framework agreement bidding scheme.
