精苯乙烯塔再沸器频繁泄漏原因分析

摘　　要：介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司苯乙烯装置及精苯乙烯塔的概况,分析了精苯乙烯塔再沸器频繁泄漏的原因,认为检修施工期间产生的固体杂质进入了精苯乙烯塔塔釜,导致再沸器频繁泄漏,同时,塔釜聚合物含量的上升也加速了再沸器的泄漏。A brief introduction was made on the general situation of styrene unit and refined styrene tower of SINOPEC Anqing Branch.The reasons for frequent leakage of the reboiler of the refined styrene tower were analyzed.It was concluded that the solid impurities generated during the maintenance construction entered the refined styrene tower still led to frequent leakage of the reboiler.In addition,the increase in polymer content in the tower also accelerated the leakage of the reboiler to a certain extent.
