摘  要:大众第5代EA888发动机在上汽大众MQB平台某车型上全球首发,为满足该发动机最大功率的散热及系统内阻需求,前端高温散热器全新开发。为最大限度降低系统内阻,文章通过CFD仿真手段,研究分析了水室内腔不同形状的导流片以及腔体R角调整等方案对散热器性能和内阻的影响,并最终确认了一款性能和内阻最优的前端高温散热器方案。The EA888 EVO5 engine from Volkswagen made its global debut on the MQB platform of SAIC Volkswagen.In order to meet the cooling and internal pressure drop requirements of the engine's maximum power,a new front high-temperature radiator has been developed.In order to minimize internal pressure drop,CFD simulation methods are utilized to study and analyze the effects of different shapes of deflectors in the water tank and adjustments to the R angle of the cavities on the radiator's performance and internal pressure drop.A front high-temperature radiator solution with opti⁃mal performance and internal pressure drop is confirmed.
