摘 要:目的探讨多学科协作护理模式在唇腭裂患儿序列治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月我科收治的100例唇腭裂患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组患儿采用常规护理模式,观察组患儿在此基础上采用多学科协作护理模式。比较两组患儿家长的照护能力及满意度。结果采用多学科协作护理模式后,观察组患儿家长的照护能力评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且患儿家长满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理模式在唇腭裂序列治疗宣教中可提高患儿家长的照护能力和满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in the sequential treatment of children with cleft lip and palate.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,100 children with congenital cleft lip and palate were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model on the basis of routine care.The nursing ability and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing ability score and the satisfaction of family members in the observation group which adopting the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with congenital cleft lip and palate,the multidisciplinary collaboration nursing model can effectively improve the quality of family care and parents’satisfaction with the quality of care.
