摘　　要：目的探讨个性化综合护理在鼻部肿物切除术围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2021年8月收治的直径≤2 cm的鼻部肿物患者100例作为研究对象,总结分析鼻部肿物切除术围手术期的个性化护理方法及效果。结果所有病例术后切口外观良好,功能正常,外形对称无变形,无并发症发生;术后随访1年,肿物无复发,手术瘢痕不明显。患者总满意率为99%。结论个性化综合护理有助于缓解患者负面情绪,促进创面高质量愈合,改善瘢痕质量,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of nasal mass resection.Methods A total of 100 patients with nasal masses≤2 cm in diameter treated from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the methods and effects of individualized nursing during perioperative period of nasal mass resection were summarized and analyzed.Results In all cases,the incision was good in appearance,normal in function,symmetrical in appearance,and no complications.After 1 year follow-up,there was no recurrence of the tumor and no obvious scar.The total satisfaction rate was 99%.Conclusion Individualized comprehensive nursing can alleviate patients'negative emotions,promote high-quality wound healing and improve scar quality,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
