摘 要:以循环流化床(CFB)粉煤灰作为原料,采用复合激发剂和H_(2)O_(2)化学发泡制备出多孔地聚物基吸附材料。首先,研究了复合激发剂模数、水灰比和稳泡剂掺量对多孔地聚物的抗压强度、表观密度及孔结构的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对多孔地聚物的表观形貌进行观察和分析。其次,分别研究了CFB粉煤灰基多孔地聚物对模拟污染水体中Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)和NH_(4)^(+)-N的吸附性能,并初步探讨了其吸附机制,为拓展粉煤灰资源化利用提供参考依据。Porous geopolymer based adsorbent was prepared from Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)fly ash by adding a composite alkali activator and foaming agent H_(2)O_(2).Firstly,the influence of water glass modulus,water cement ratio and foam stabilizers doping on the mechanical,apparent density and porosity of the porous geopolymer were investigated.The apparent morphology of the porous geopolymer was observed and analyzed using scanning electron microscopy.And then,the adsorption performance of the porous geopolymer on Pb^(2+),Cd^(2+)and NH_(4)^(+)-N were tested,respectively.While adsorption mechanism of the porous geopolymer was discussed preliminarily.This provides a reference basis for expanding the resource utilization of fly ash.
