摘  要:采用定向倒塌爆破技术,对一座110m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱进行了爆破拆除。针对烟囱的高耸结构和周围复杂环境特点,采用定向倒塌爆破方法,设计矩型爆破缺口,开定向窗和减荷槽,以确保烟囱按设计方向倒塌。减荷槽(高2m,宽1.4m)用于减小烟囱受到的垂直向上的爆炸作用力,安全控制了倒塌方向。通过精确控制爆破缺口的设计和参数,确保烟囱按预定方向安全倒塌,提高施工效率和质量,同时降低成本和对环境的干扰。A 110 m high reinforced concrete chimney was demolished by blasting using directional collapse blasting technology.Considering the towering structure of the chimney and the characteristics of the surrounding complex environment,the directional collapse blasting method was used to design a rectangular blasting notch,open oriented windows and off-loading trough to ensure that the chimney collapsed in the designed direction.Off-loading trough(2 m high,1.4 m wide)is used to reduce the vertical upward explosive force on the chimney,safely controlling the direction of collapse.By accurately controlling the design and parameters of the blast notch,it ensured that the chimney collapsed safely in the intended direction,improving the efficiency and quality of the work,while minimising costs and environmental disruption.
